Here is a list of weather skins that are known to work. Here is the main source for working weather skins. This is not a trivial task, but there are several guides on the forums about how to do it. If it is using the newer site but was written before approximately August 2020, then it is out of date and will need to be updated.

If that weather skin is using the old Weather Channel 'wxdata' feed, or the old Yahoo APIs, then it will not work and will need to be rewritten as both those APIs are deprecated.
